Please note that our studio will be closed for December, reopening in January. To receive your order in 2024, please place it by the 1st of December. Orders placed from the 2nd of December onward will be completed in January, processed in the order they were received (this may mean a lead time of 4-5 weeks, but we’ll be working through them as quickly as possible). Within New Zealand:

  • Orders up to NZ$100: Delivery fee of NZ$8.
  • Orders NZ$100 and over: Free delivery.

To Australia*:

  • Orders up to NZ$150: Delivery fee of NZ$15.
  • Orders NZ$150 and over: Free delivery.

Everywhere Else*:

  • All Orders: Delivery fee from NZ$21 / US$15 / GBP9

*Your package will be handled by the local carrier once it has arrived in the destination country. The shipping cost does not include custom and/or tax charges. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office. We handcraft our custom leather goods to order - please allow 1-2 weeks for your order* to be completed. We try very hard to process orders as quickly as possible but timeframes can fluctuate during busy periods.

You will receive an email once your parcel has been dispatched. We usually keep our leather and hardware well stocked but sometimes we are caught out waiting on a delivery, we will let you know if there is likely to be a longer delay for your order.
