As our products are custom made and personalised, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing resulting from measurements or sizing information supplied by the customer, or other preference-based reasons.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at hello@kinfolkleather.com. We will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your rights under applicable consumer law.

Please note that leather is a natural material and our products are individually handmade. Natural markings, variations in colour and texture, and minor variations associated with the handmade process may occur. These are not considered faults; they are part of the individual character of a handmade product made from natural materials.
