Personalised Hand-Stamped Nameplate ID Tag for Dog Collars

Upgrade your dog's existing collar with a personalised hand-stamped nameplate.
Nameplates are a great alternative to a traditional dog ID tag because they are silent and don't jingle, plus they are very securely attached to the collar - unlike a traditional dog ID tag - so no more lost dog tags!
We will hand-stamp your dog's name and contact phone number onto a solid brass (gold) or marine-grade stainless steel (silver) nameplate. Your custom nameplate will be delivered to you with two solid brass rivets, so you can easily attach it to your dog's existing collar.
HOW TO ATTACH NAMEPLATE TO COLLAR:
1. Lay the nameplate out on the out-stretched collar and mark where you will need to punch the holes.
2. Make the holes in the collar with a hammer and punch, leather punch or a drill. For nylon collars, burn the edges of the holes to remove frayed strands.
3. Push the rivet posts (long ones) through the holes in the collar from the backside of the collar.
4. Push the rivet posts through the holes on your nameplate and attach the rivet caps (short ones).
5. Tap the rivet caps onto the rivet posts with a hammer until the caps flatten.
Includes: 1 x hand-stamped brass or stainless steel nameplate plus three sets of rivets (the nameplate uses two sets and we include an extra set just in case).
- In most cases, orders for nameplates only are completed within 1 week.
- If you would like us to attach the nameplate for you, please let us know in the comments/notes box when you go through the checkout and we will be in contact with details about how to do this.

How To Measure
How To Measure
Getting the size right means a better fit and a more comfortable collar for your dog or cat. Here's how to measure your pet’s neck so we can make their collar just right — plus tips for growing puppies.
How to Measure For A Dog Collar
We strongly suggest providing an accurate measurement when placing your order. If you follow the instructions below, this will allow us to make a collar for your dog that will fit him/her well.
1. Using a soft tape measure, record the circumference of the neck at the point where a collar would naturally lie.
2. Pull the tape so that it is snug but not tight. Record the measurement.
3. Enter this measurement in the personalisation text box when prompted. This measurement will be the middle hole of the collar, we will add at least another two holes either side.
Puppies - If your dog is a puppy, please let us know and we will make an allowance for growth when sizing the holes for the collar. Please feel free to give us a range (up to 12cm, i.e. 24-36cm) so that we can make sure there are enough holes to suit your dog's growth. We can be very flexible with the number of holes provided in the collar.
How to Measure For A Cat Collar
1. Using a soft tape measure, record the circumference of the neck at the point where a collar would naturally lie.
2. Pull the tape so that it is snug but not tight. Record the measurement.
3. Enter this measurement in the personalisation text box when prompted.
