Hand-Stamped Nameplate Add-On for Leads & Ready-to-Wear Collars

Please note: This nameplate add-on is for a new Kinfolk Leather dog or cat lead, or a Ready-to-Wear BioThane® collar purchased in the same order.

For all other made-to-order collars, please select your nameplate directly from the options on the collar product page. There's no need to purchase this add-on separately.

Personalised Nameplate for Dog & Cat Leads

Add a personal touch to your new lead with a custom hand-stamped nameplate, made and fitted in our New Zealand workshop.

Each nameplate is individually stamped and securely riveted to your lead, keeping your dog's details close at hand without the noise of dangling tags.

Available in solid brass or marine-grade stainless steel, the nameplate is fitted to complement your chosen lead and hardware.

Nameplate Text Guidelines

To keep your details clear and easy to read:

• Small nameplates (1/2" leads): approximately 12 characters per line, up to 2 lines
• Large nameplates (3/4" and wider leads): approximately 16 characters per line, up to 3 lines
• All lettering is stamped in uppercase
• Basic punctuation such as "-" and "&" is available
• Emojis and decorative symbols cannot be stamped
• Please enter phone numbers exactly as you'd like them stamped

Nameplate Sizes

Small - 50 × 9.5 mm

Suitable for 1/2" and 3/4" wide leads. Up to 2 lines of text.

Large - 70 × 16 mm

Suitable for 3/4" and 1" wide leads. Up to 3 lines of text.

We'll select the appropriate nameplate size based on the width of your lead and the number of lines requested, ensuring a neat, proportionate fit.
